Despite all our accomplishments during my first term on the BART board, there’s so much more that needs to be done. When re-elected, I’ll continue the work I’ve started, by:

• Reinvesting in BART’s core system to build capacity, reliability, and safety, including new train cars that will allow BART to carry more passengers on longer trains and deliver more frequent service.

• Reshaping BART Stations as vibrant transit oriented developments accessible to all.

• Improving employer and employee relations.

• Reforming how BART does business and works with the public, including expanded late night service, energy efficiency and uniform employment policies for BART contracts and station area developments.
